Question 1

How much does a REMEMORE cost?

Accepted Answer

Digital is $89, Print is $249, and Heirloom is $599. Gift orders are $599 per slab, so the subtotal scales with the number of slabs.

Question 2

How does the NFC chip connect the slab to its Vault?

Accepted Answer

The NFC chip is embedded in the slab. Tap it with a modern NFC-capable phone to open the Rememore Vault associated with that slab; what visitors can see follows the owner’s privacy setting.

Question 3

What can I keep in the Rememore Vault, and how long is access included?

Accepted Answer

The Vault can hold photographs, videos, voice memos, and family stories. Digital, Print, and Heirloom include 12 months of access; a lifetime extension with voice memos is available for Heirloom. Owners can set visibility to public, link-only, or password-protected, and choose the memories they add.

Question 4

Will the AI portrait look exactly like the photograph?

Accepted Answer

REMEMORE offers eight atelier styles. The selected style interprets your photograph through a distinct artistic approach, and you can preview a portrait before commissioning. Each result is an interpretation, so an exact reproduction is not guaranteed.

Question 5

When should I expect a gift slab to arrive?

Accepted Answer

Physical slabs take about 90 days on average. Each is composed, rendered, press-corrected, hand-finished, slabbed, and shipped by hand; the estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
